Working at Panera Bread was possibly the worst decision I've ever made. While I genuinely enjoyed interacting with customers and striving to provide them with the best experience possible, the staff situation left much to be desired. I often took photos of the restaurant and the food to document it, but with just myself managing the register throughout the busy breakfast hours, I barely had time to do anything else.
I felt sorry for customers spending money on overpriced food that didn’t meet their expectations. I tried my best to assist customers, but being the sole cashier until 1 or 2 PM made it incredibly challenging. I had to juggle making drinks, preparing bagel orders, fetching pastr...
I've been going to this Panera since my daughters moved to Columbia for work and school. Unfortunately, my visit this evening was quite disappointing. I understand that staffing has been an issue, but the women's restroom clearly hadn't been cleaned for hours. We arrived right as dinner service began, and it’s unacceptable to find the restroom in such a poor condition, especially when there were hardly any customers present. The food was okay, but the iced tea carafes hadn’t been refilled. Overall, this was not the typical Panera experience I expected, especially for $46 for three salad dinners!

My daughter and I dined at this restaurant today and were genuinely impressed by the friendly and cheerful attitude of the entire staff. Everyone appeared to be in great spirits! Since my daughter has celiac disease, it can be challenging to find restaurants that cater to her dietary restrictions. We were pleasantly surprised by the cashier's extensive knowledge about her condition and their respectful approach in handling it. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning!

I am big on cleanliness, and I don't know what it is with Paneras here, but in the Midwest they were clean. The people here are lazy, and the epitome was sitting on her butt piddling on her phone when we walked in, and 90% of the tables were dirty. She was not busy; I don't understand. 7-8-22 Latest update in photo. If the men's urinal looks this way, imagine what their kitchen looks like. I only get coffee here.
The service and food quality at this restaurant are outstanding. I especially adore their bagels. I also appreciate the overall ambiance of the place. I may be a little biased, as I worked here as a cashier a few years back. One of my fondest memories from that time is the camaraderie I had with my coworkers and the laughter we enjoyed together. It really made the time pass quickly.

Good healthy fresh food and nice atmosphere and they do need to be better with their customer service besides that I enjoyed my lunch there.
This is an excellent spot for a quick lunch meeting. I particularly enjoy the chili served in a bread bowl and their coffee.
