Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

The dirtiest Panera I have EVER been in. The smell will hit you as soon as you hit the door. A large amount of the tables were FILTHY! I walked around the entire restaurant looking. Crumbs and trash on the tables AND the floor. It just looked really hectic in there. I finally found a table that I wiped myself, I used hand sanitizer and napkins (the few napkins they did have available). A gentleman came and half wiped a few of the tables. He was the only one I saw attempting to clean (attempt is a STRONG word cause he barely put any elbow into it). I don't know the rules on soliciting in the shoppinng center but there was also woman walking around with a baby and a young girl hassling people...

The dining area for dinner is excellent. It wasn't crowded, and the place was clean, with staff promptly clearing tables as soon as patrons left. The food was, as always, delicious. I ordered the "pick 2" option, choosing half a tuna sandwich and a Fuji apple chicken salad, along with a drink. My husband also opted for the "pick 2," selecting a half chicken avocado melt sandwich and cream of chicken with wild rice, plus water. We added a cookie for just $1.05 instead of the regular price of $2.95, which is a nice perk when you order a meal with a drink. Both our salad and soup came with bread, which was a generous addition, so I ended up packing my sandwich to go. The total for our meal was...

The Panera in Gambrills has dropped the ball too many times now that I am obligated to write this review. From missing a whole meal within an order, incorrect items(no bacon on sandwich when ordered), and now poor quality ingredient(see avocado in pictures). For all your customers please get it together with the quality consistency of orders. At this point, I will not be ordering from this location until I hear that things have improved. I gave two stars since it's hit or miss with them, like 2 out 5 orders are done well and as expected. Note: the issues have been experienced while ordering rapid pickup order delivery only.

I had a wonderful experience at Panera! You might be wondering if there are power outlets available for working. I noticed at least 3 or 4 spots where you can plug in. The service is consistently quick, and the lines are never too long. The food is up to the usual high standards of Panera. Just a heads up: if you stay for a while, be prepared to clean your own table. Overall, a great place to work and enjoy a meal. Bye! Reserva una mesa ahora

A great panera. A sufficient parking space is around the corner. It's a little busy at lunchtime. The bathrooms, while a little dated, were always clean enough. The food has always been great. Besides the lunch break, and people who hang out with the Wi-Fi for hours, there are usually many interior seats. There are some limited outdoor seating when this is your thing. The staff was always friendly and responsive.

This morning, I visited a Panera Bread and they made sure I had a fresh and delicious breakfast! Although I was supposed to pick up my order at 7 o'clock, life got in the way and I couldn't make it until 9:30. They prepared a fresh sandwich and smoothie for me. The gentleman who brought my order out was incredibly warm and friendly. Wow! Thank you for the exceptional customer service! I will definitely be back.

I'm not sure what happened, but they're not as good as they used to be. Souffles are never available and workers do not even say hi. Customer service is missing very much. I waited for order and no one even gave me attention. The food is your normal pane food and I have just restored a wrong order. I post a picture of the lobster roll that was fine, but there was no taste.

This location has lost its luster. The dining room was completely flirty at 3PM in the afternoon. I literally had to use a napkin to remove the food items from the seat and table that are shown in the pictures. I asked for the Dinh f room to be serviced and someone strolled through and wiped down a few tables but didn?t service the floor ??? Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered the pizza because she tasted from the one in Philly. OMG! I had to throw it out. The cheese does not melt, hardly a sauce. Other things are good. I am also annoyed her online menu does not fit the indoor menu. Only one register and long rows supplement the frustration. Better, we can eat better. But I love her.

This is what I think my home base Panera of 3 is that I often find in the local area. I enjoy the great variety of offers and the ambience of the facility. It is a fun social meeting place, after a while you will see the regulars and waiters added to the atmosphere.
