Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I normally don't write a review, but the management at this location needs to change. My wife and I have ordered here a number of times since we moved to the area, and have been disappointed pretty much every single time. First, they are always out of a main ingredient for our favorite things like chicken, bacon, tomato, or avocado. There hasn't been one time where they weren't out of something, and they can't blame supply shortage issues because other paneras in the area aren't out of these things. Yesterday I went to a random Panera bread and got breakfast with a caramel latte. The latte came into a coffee cup. During tasting I could fill the mixture of the foam with the roast of coffee and the hint of caramel. It certainly made it a wonderful experience. TODAY, I went to my local panera and ordered the same order (Dine In). And the latte, which once bound this beautiful experience, was NOT on a MUG. Maybe it's coming, the employee said. This late on this carbon cup is not the same experience as the latte from the cup. First, I have to take off the cap to enjoy the foam. And secondly, the material of the cup (carbon) influences the overall experience as the aromas and affairs collide....

I love Panera Bread, but my experience was not good this time. Both I and my wife ordered the take two. Both soups were not very warm. The spoon they gave me was not clean and had cured food on it. When I went to the service counter to exchange it, the person was not very pleasant. Both my self and my wife wounded with some digestive problems just after eating our food.

The customer service was quite disappointing, and the food was undercooked and poorly presented. I found an old avocado on my Chipotle melt sandwich, which made it inedible for me. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had the chicken chipotle avocado melt. It was very good tasting but so small. I had the chicken corn chowder soup with a roll and that was tasty as well. Food tastes good but for what you pay the portions are small.

I had a fantastic meal with the You Pick 2 option, choosing the Chicken with Wild Rice Soup and a Caesar Salad topped with Chicken. I also grabbed a Bear Claw pastry to enjoy later. I absolutely love this place!

I absolutely love this place! As soon as I arrived, Maya took my order immediately. She was very welcoming and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. This girl is destined for great things!
