This Panera Bread location is a great choice for lunch during the workweek. It's conveniently situated within the Paramus Park Mall, near one of the entrances. The Rapid Order feature on the app works well here. The staff consistently provide good customer service, and I've never encountered any issues with my orders—they're always friendly. It can get busy during lunchtime, so finding a table can be challenging on certain days. Overall, this is a solid dining option at the mall.
The manager Ron is very pleasant and greets customers as they walk in. He makes sure there’s always coffee and cream available for customers. He kept the tables clean all the time and try not to make customers wait too long. He shows passion in his job and it’s one of the best Panera branch I ever in. I have good experience in here.
The sandwiches were quite unbalanced, with the contents spilling out to the side. They toasted the bagel without checking first and forgot to add the cheese. However, the egg white sandwich was delicious, and the sprouted grain bun was outstanding.
