I visit this location monthly because an executive board I am on meets here for our monthly meeting in the reserved room space. In general since the pandemic the food quality has gone way down hill and yet prices went up. Every month without fail When my food order is ready they never have the cup for my drink and I have to ask for it and then get told to go all the way down to the other end to ask for one. There is never any ice available in the fountain drink machine. And the reservable room is not all that desirable. It seems as though the floor, tables and tray stations are never cleaned the night before (we are always the first occupants of the day when we are there). There is only one...
I would advise against visiting this Panera location. The staff seem disinterested and unmotivated to fulfill your order. I ordered a turkey avocado BLT, but they forgot the bacon—just like they've forgotten something on almost every meal I've had here. I'm done with this place. I can accept an occasional mistake, but this has become a consistent issue. When I'm paying over $14 for a sandwich, there's no reason they shouldn’t get it right at least 98% of the time. Additionally, the exterior lights were off, making the place look closed, even though the website indicated they still had an hour left in their operating hours.
The food and service are excellent. My only issue is that every time I sit down to eat, it’s often difficult to find a clean table, even though there are plenty of staff around. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I understand how chaotic things can get, but it shouldn’t be this challenging. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3.

The restaurant was unclean, with dirty bathrooms and a messy dining area. For lunch, it wasn't worth the price of $20–30 per person. The food was a solid 3 out of 5, but the service only received a 2. The overall atmosphere was disappointing, scoring a 1.

Customer service at 8PM on 1/18/24 was horrible. Specifically the woman who had stars patches on her face. Argued about order. Seemed put out when asking for utensils (fork). Worst service I have ever received at this or any other Panera.
