Recently, I experienced an incredibly long wait for my pick-up order, only to receive the wrong size iced coffee. This mistake resulted in an additional 40-minute wait for the correct drink. Seriously? There were no apologies or acknowledgment of the delay. Today was yet another frustrating experience, as I had to wait a long time again, and once again, I received the wrong size iced coffee. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they couldn't accept cash payments over the phone, which meant I had to reorder at a different register. Although I was assured they had chai tea lattes, they were suddenly unavailable when I got there. To make matters worse, when I returned to work, I discovered that one of the sandwiches was missing tomatoes. I went back to the restaurant, and while the first lady at the register was sweet and helpful, the second woman I dealt with refused to remedy the sandwich issue, claiming it would impact her food costs. Instead, she handed me the tomatoes and told me to add them myself.

I’m a huge fan of Panera Bread, particularly since they added the Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT to their menu—it's simply delicious! However, I had an experience there that was quite unusual. I ordered my go-to sandwich, but it turned out to be a total flop. When I went to eat it, the turkey just fell right out, making a huge mess. Maybe the person making it was having a bad day? I'm not sure. On a brighter note, I really enjoyed the Mango smoothie!
I visited the drive-thru and my classic grilled cheese was missing from my order. Additionally, I didn’t receive a receipt with my food, and since I was on a one-hour break, I couldn’t return to address the issue. Update: I contacted them about the problem and they sent me my sandwich. Melissa took care of everything professionally and delivered outstanding service.

I just left this restaurant and had a terrible experience. After I placed my order, I waited at the window for ten minutes without any explanation or apology for the delay. When Marhyssa finally came back with my order, she handed it to me without acknowledging me or saying a word. Then she closed the window and walked away. The customer service was awful.
When we got home, the food was still at the right temperature, even after we made a quick stop at Target on the way. We'll definitely be back, and we look forward to dining in—or outdoors—at this Panera. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get in and out!
The worst drive through Ever. Specially morning time. Ya kno people gotta be at work right? They keep unon hold for 15min. That's not acceptable. Just say ya don't have staff so people can choose to stay or not.
Last night, we placed an online order for pickup, and I have to give it five stars! The simplicity of the online ordering process was impressive, and I appreciated the ability to customize our order as well.
