The staff at this location are incredibly welcoming. Every time I visit, I find a selection of fresh and delicious treats. My absolute favorites are the frosted cookies! They switch up the shapes with each season, but the flavor is consistently wonderful. With a light hint of lemon meringue paired with a soft, delightful cookie, it's hard to go wrong! Additionally, I work for Uber Eats, and I'm impressed by how quickly they prepare pickup orders. Unlike some other places in town where I've had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an order that should have been ready, here they prioritize efficiency. Kudos to you and your team for consistently delivering excellent service—keep up the fantastic work!
I had my first visit to Panera Bread, and I was really impressed! The drive-thru staff member was incredibly professional and knowledgeable when I asked about the pizza. He even mentioned that it would be ready just as I finished paying for my order, and it was fantastic! It was my first time trying it, and I can't wait to come back for another one. The Greek salad was also amazing! I just want to give a shout-out to the manager and the whole team—their service deserves a solid 10 stars in my book. I visited around 12:30 PM, and I left feeling safe and blessed!
**Review in Progress:** The soup machine was out of order, but the sandwiches were quite good. However, the coffee was a bit on the cold side.
**Parking:** There's plenty of parking available.
**Kid-friendliness:** There are no toys, but there are plenty of seats for larger families.
**Wheelchair Accessibility:** There are ramps available, but the push-pull doors can make it a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.
Poor customer service. Dirty tables and floors. I had to ask for to go container and bag 3 times. The food was not good. The cashier was on his cell phone and talking to co- worker while I waited. This was my first snd last time eating there.

It's one of the best Paneras I have stopped at! I always stop here on my way to Alabama/Atlanta, and it's perfect! Jennifer took my order and was the sweetest! 5 out of 5 stars because of Jennifer!
Love the tomato soup here!! Was nt quite sure what the girl was trying to describe to me as real sugar but do find the sweet tea to be balanced well and quite refreshing.
I ordered the smoked barbecue chicken sandwich, but it wasn't really to my liking. The menu is somewhat confusing as well. I think I should give it another chance.
Food is good but a 6$ cup of soup well at least it came with bread and some chips eating healthy is exspensive.
