Never order food from Hoboken Panera, the service is very pathetic. Today I ordered 4 orders of Pick any 2 for pick up and when I picked the order and went home I found they gave me only soup and sandwiches were missing. My kids were starving, trying to call them but no response so I drove back 3 miles and went to shop. In the shop when I talked to manager I came to know that they were aware that my order has missing sandwiches but instead of calling me back they were just waiting for me to come and collect. Been going to this location for years. It's always been tidy, employees have been kind and helpful, and the french bread is lovely; along with the rest of their bakery stock presentation. I've yet to have a negative experience in any way at this panera.

coffee. the light frying was out. I said the person at the theke who brought out a new karaffe. it wasn't hot. milk and saw were out. they have brought out new carafe as soon as I have told them. they should have a regular timetable for these things

the people were nice, but the ice cream tasted like dirty water. the sandwich lacked of ingredients, and I waited 10 minutes when my sandwich sat on the counter. I'd just go back for that brot.

Amazing sandwiches and Great Soup. I had the toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich with french onion soup in a bread bowl. So delicious. Great staff at the Hoboken location.

Nice Cafe for variety of coffee and bakery items along with salads. There are so many more in the menu like pizza, soup and sandwiches.
