I've had exceptional experiences every time I've ordered from Taylor, with both the service and food quality being top-notch. In my opinion, these two are the best employees I’ve ever encountered at any Papa Gino's location, and they truly deserve recognition for their hard work.
That said, I do need to point out that my last order, which included the same special instructions, was not edible at all. I could only eat half a slice before having to throw the rest away, and unfortunately, neither of those great employees was on duty that day.

I visit Papa Gino’s every Saturday to pick up lunch for my boys. Each time, I am met with friendly and respectful service. My order is always hot and ready when I arrive. I really appreciate the Waltham store—it’s just 13 minutes away and very convenient. We love Papa Gino’s pizza and are thrilled to have this location nearby. Since the Concord and Bedford locations closed years ago, I’m grateful this one remains open. As always, the food is delicious. Thank you for the excellent service!
Charging $1 for a half-full container of Frank's RedHot sauce? That feels like a real cash grab. The photo was taken after I removed the lid, and I didn’t even use any of it. The food was just okay, with laughably small portions. The guy at the front counter was friendly, which is why I’m giving two stars. I came here out of nostalgia, but this experience really soured the good memories I had of the place.
This isn’t just any Papa Gino’s. The Papa Gino’s in Waltham is my favorite because they are always consistent with quality and time. It helps that the people there are super friendly. Taylor and her staff are wonderful! I love this place!
