I did a website order and I understand that when we do a website ordered that you don't make a computer error through there website. well I have a friend that had children and I live in the same place I got the wrong order I realized when I got home it was not the order that I place on the website. I called and asked if I could get a replacement and I understand that you know we make mistakes and everything but the lady would not replace order for the children and she told me I had to call the helpdesk I'm sorry but you know you should be able to help and that's ridiculous you should be able to offer than being a jerk about your product so I just giving you a heads-up about the customer care and talk to manager

the shippers are very rude. I ordered a small pizza and it took 2 hours until she arrived, although I said it was 30-40 minutes. and when it arrived, my supplier had a attitude as if it were us? they were too late. the people who work here can find a job they enjoy instead of being angry at the customers to pay them money to give me eating like any other food place.

If I could give zero stars to this restaurant, I would. Customer service is terrible. I only heard what could not be done. My request for a Healthcare Worker discount was honoured to ALWAYS in this place and several others. Now I'm told they never did it. My loyalty can go anywhere.

Pizza was very good. The toppings were perfectly cooked and there was no additional moisture from the liquid of the vegetables.
