I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! Unfortunately, my child and I got sick after eating there two days ago. My son experienced food poisoning because he didn't realize that his slice of pizza was undercooked. When I called to speak with a manager, the woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. She said, "So what? I suggest you go to the hospital; it's not our problem."
When I asked for the general manager's contact information, she claimed that there was no corporate number and stated that she was the GM. I then requested her name, and she ended the call abruptly. After calling back, another employee claimed to be the GM and refused to provide her name, saying she would be fired. I later found out that she was lying and her name is Kat, not the GM. I was informed that they had recently hired a new GM named "J" to improve the store because the food was terrible and the workers were even worse.
After finally speaking with "J," the issue was resolved, but I still believe that Kat and the other employee should face disciplinary action for their unprofessional behavior. I am a loyal customer and will continue to call corporate until action is taken. I plan to report this to the BBB and health department as well. Two rude employees caused a major problem...
Originally, my delivery was supposed to come around 7:45, which was completely understandable since I ordered around 6:40. However, an hour passed by in which my order hadn 't come, so I decided to call the store and got met with a male worker who was very irritated about my questions around my order. I understood the circumstances the store was in at the moment, but that is no excuse to treat a customer with such disdain.A wise lady once said, I want to give you a zero, but that 's not possible, so I 'll give you a one.
I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and double mushrooms and made it clear that I only had a $50 bill. The driver arrived with just $4 for change, meaning I ended up overpaying. When I opened the box, I was disappointed to find there were fewer mushrooms than what typically comes with a regular order. The service was very poor and lacked attention to detail. I called the manager, but all I received was empty promises—no resolution to the issue. Overall, this was a terrible experience for a typical Papa John's.

DONT EVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION! They have terrible service and won’t even answer the phone. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and has been two hours and still hasn’t been delivered. I tried to call to cancel my order and request a refund and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I will never order from here again and I don’t think they are even going to deliver the pizza!
Product isn't the only thing a company needs to have to get my money. Decent product with decent employees that give decent service. They employ P.O.S. employees that call cabs for rides home from work and then run off without paying the cab. I will not support a company that supports such low life's.
I had a terrible experience with this restaurant in St. Louis. They charged my card over $27 for a pizza that I couldn’t pick up because they were closed. I've called corporate more than five times over the past five weeks in an attempt to get a refund, but I still haven't received my money back.
The cashier was beyond rude!I don't recommend going there, unfortunately my pizza was cold too.Even the lady behind me left for her attitude.I'm very disappointed and upset about the customer service at this location.

Tastes like a store bought frozen pizza. I love papa John’s just not this location. Had to come home and put it in the oven, just horrible!
