"Pretty easy to get good service from this place if you use common sense. If you place a delivery order online and enter the wrong address, guess what? The driver will have a tough time finding you. If your phone rejects 'unknown ' numbers, guess what? The driver can 't call you if there is a problem. If you speak to an employee at the store and they repeat your order address 3 times and you say 'yes, that 's the right address ', when it isn 't the right address? You guessed it: it 's going to be a while before you get your order. If you are a regular customer ANYWHERE sooner or later you WILL have a bad experience. That 's just the way it is in the service industry, no matter where you go. These are actual human beings taking, building, and delivering orders based on info you give them. They are not infallible robots. The bottom line is that this location is pretty reliable when it comes to giving customers the best deal possible (I mean honestly: the day after local pro sports teams win you get 50% off pizza! Half priced pizza? Yes, please. Like I said, use common sense when placing your order, understand that these are real people deciphering your sometimes ridiculously complicated orders, building the pizzas, and driving out to your place in ANY WEATHER to make sure you get your food.
