I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Papa John's pizza and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received from Django. From the moment I placed my order over the phone , to the delivery driver arriving at the High School , everything was seamless and efficient. For some reason on 4/28/22 I had the worse experience with this branch. I also order online and it?s delivered in a timely manner but today was not the case. I ordered at 8:16 pm I called the branch at 9:16 pm because the tracker said delivered thelady was very unprofessional answering the phone. Weak customer service from staff. They'll barely make eye contact with you and walk away while placing your order. There's a plexiglass between the lobby and back of store. The lobby is small and not everyone where's a mask, so there's your COVIDprecaution update. They typically have long waits for UberEats orders but they have plenty of delivery drivers.

I ordered a pizza at 1:45 pm. My pizza came all bunched up in a corner and when called to talk the manager. I was informed that the manager Rasheeda was gone for the day and I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to her. When I inquired about her last nameI was told that she was the only Rasheeda there. And that my pizza was not going to be replaced.

This location is way better then the one where I live in Columbus ohio. Delivery driver was polite and made sure my food was nice and hot. Thank you, keep up the good work. The location in my town could learn from this one lol.
