I ordered delivery so I can’t honestly give you more or less than 3 stars so I remained neutral 3 to be fair OK. I ordered on UBER. Eats the BOGO FREE got the 12” Pepperoni Meatball well done the 10” Donair Pizza w/Feta as an extra topping. I found the crust very chewy not crispy as I expected a well done pizza to be. The sauce is very tasty meatballs pepperoni were decent. Overall taste was good but skimpy on the meats!! The Donair pizzas tasted go but crust is flimsy barely supports toppings as it bends in half when I picked each slice up. Not enough Donair meat I don’t understand why you’d put any pepperoni on a Donair pizza, this simply baffled me !!! I strongly suggest some changes are...

**SCAM ALERT** - On November 4, 2023, around 5:30 PM, I had an upsetting experience at the St. Catharines location. I went to pick up my usual Saturday night pizza, but to my surprise, the cost was 25% higher than it should have been. The clerk had added a 25% tip to my bill and told me just to tap my card. When I noticed the inflated price and questioned him about it, he claimed it was up to me to opt out of the tip. This is unacceptable, as it seems to only happen when certain staff members are on duty. A word of caution: always check the total price, including tax, before completing your purchase.

Ordered a large cheese pepperoni. The pizza was very heavy... Dough was thick and lots of cheese. The dough was a little too thick than we usually like to eat and the pepperoni was underneath the thick layer of cheese. The kids ate it so it was ok but they were really hungry. Due to heaviness and the hidden small amount of pepperoni used we give this pizza a 3 out of 5.

I was sold a day-old pizza from here, and that’s just unacceptable. I definitely cannot recommend ordering from this location; they seem to mess up every order. I suggest trying the Glendale location instead, as they really know what they’re doing. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I will be addressing this issue further.

Ordered bogo 2 small butter chicken pizzas. Was the worst pizza I've had ever. Skimpy on the toppings, crust so doughy and under cooked. Wanted 2 different pizzas but was told for bogo had to b the same. Sauce was watery and just a tiny amount. Never ever will get papa johns pizza again. Don't waste your money.

Changed Crust to Epic Stuffed Crust and the cheese was not melted at all.We always order hawaiian pizza here, but this will be our last order. Ordered hawaiian pizza and there was only few of pineapple, thought we ordered cheese pizza :

Why would you charge extra for a regular crust on the Alfredo cheesy pizza (at least on Uber Eats), while the gluten-free option is free? That doesn’t make much sense. Please reconsider this policy.

We went to papa johns and had to wait over 45 mins for our pizza and wings never come here again l hope the new one coming to Welland will be quicker .very on happy customer.??
