We ordered placed an order one evening and watched the pizza tracker diligently. Waiting to see our order go through the different stages. It took forever to move from received order to preparing. After our time window had expired the oder just wentto canceled. This was exactly an hour and a half after we ordered. I called the store and guy answered and said that theDoordash app had shut down and this was the reason for our canceled order.He said they were making our order fresh and it wouldbe another 15 minutes. Is it possible to leave less than one star??? My order was placed online at 5:38. I called them at 7:20 to ask where the pizza was. The manager told me they are short staffed and the website should not have accepted my order. I told her that regardless ofwhat it should have done, it DID accept my order and charged me. She said they don 't have any drivers but that someone from DoorDash would be there soon and could deliver my pizza. I asked her if it was sitting on the shelf this whole time and she said no, we wouldn 't send you a cold pizza. We wait for a driver to accept the order and then we make and bake it. Every time I visit this restaurant, I consistently order the same pizza: light sauce, extra cheese, and extra pepperoni. However, each time I receive it, the pizza is overloaded with sauce and has barely any cheese or pepperoni. I just spent $25 plus a $5 tip, only to experience poor service once again. I recommend that everyone just go to Little Caesars for a $6 pizza instead. Papa John's has consistently messed up my order and has refused to address the issues. It's simply not worth the money, and I will never return or recommend it to anyone.

I know this virus hits the shops hard, but we were quoted 25.00 for a small pizza with everything. 34.00 for a big one! It's pickup. The pizza is good, but these prices are not okay. The staff is always beautiful. Reserva una mesa ahora

They close at 11 i called at 1030 and was on hold for 4 minutes drove to the store and it had the sign off and a sign to go to the pick up window but waited 2-3 min and no one came up. Very unsatisfied.

Excellent pizza, the girls that work there are often working solo, and they do a great job considering. Pizza is always great. We order at least once a week and love going there.
