Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I called in an order for a large cheese pizza at 8:20 pm, the store closes at 9pm.The woman who answered the phone and took my order was rude and made it very apparent she was annoyed I was ordering so late. She rudely told me the store closes at 9. I told her I knew that and could be there in 10 mins. She then said in a rude tone that didn’t matter because it will take her 20 mins to make the pizza….I picked up my pizza at 8:40. The store was all moped and they were closing shop.. I guess “closes at 9” does not really mean 9?

I called this place 3 times before I drove from Renton because they didn’t answer.They close at 9pm on Saturday and I arrived 5 minutes before closing for them to tell me that they won’t serve me my pizza.The guy working offered a cheese pizza that they had premade with barely any cheese on it.Mind you, when I got to the store, they got a call and answered the phone for that person but could not answer for me. Drove all the way for nothing.

First Papa Murthy's I've been to in several years. App was easy to use. Staff was very help and friendly as I stopped in after work to get my order. Pizza was done earlier than reserved and was very tasty. All in all no complaints and I'll stop by again on the way home sometime.
