The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the service is really poor. The cashier was extremely rude to a customer who had been waiting for over 40 minutes after placing a 10-minute order. I also experienced a similar issue with my online order, which had not even been started when I arrived 40 minutes after placing it. There were no apologies or acknowledgment of the long wait from the staff. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The service at this restaurant is terrible! In the past three times we have ordered from here, they have either given our order to someone else or given us the wrong order. Tonight, we ordered online and waited 35 minutes past the promised time for our food to be ready, only to leave empty-handed. This is not just a matter of being busy or short-staffed, it is a clear sign of poor management. We will not be ordering from here again.
I am the manager at this location and if you do see this we are now open untill 8pm .. as well we are under new ownership.. to all are customers we appreciate you and your business and we strive to better are service.. Thank you to are Tuesday customersas well I know it's crazy at times and I appreciate your patience with the kids !! ????
This place is amazing! Wonderful customer service by the cashier! Some of the employees had a bit of a problem though, they were argumentative with the person in charge to the point of rude, they didn’t seem to know their job either Overall great pizzas Reserva una mesa ahora
