My son and daughter in law gave me two tickets to a play of my choice at the Papermill for Christmas. I chose Murder On The Orient Express. A week before the play I was told I needed surgery on my leg. I had the surgery on Thursday and went to the show on Saturday. I had to use a walker and realized my seats would not be good for my leg. The usher called the manager, Donna. She said no problem and took us down to the orchestra seats (my original tickets were for mezzanine seats), and sat us in house seats. I was completely comfortable as was my friend and they could not have been kinder. I have been to the Papermill many times and have always had a great experience. Thank you.
The show I saw was terrible, but that's entirely a matter of the writing. The actual venue is terrific. I was in the rear mezzanine and the view was flawless. The show was long, but the seat itself stayed comfortable. Leg room was better than most comparable Broadway venues. Bathroom lines were well-managed thanks to efficient bathroom attendants. Good merch selection, not that I was buying. But I'll happily go back.
The theatre is beautiful, and the staff are wonderful. The bar food served upstairs before the show was excellent. I can’t wait to sample the full menu at the Carriage House Restaurant, which is conveniently located right next to the theatre! You can enjoy dinner and then easily walk to the show. Don't miss RENT! It's a fantastic production, but it's only running until July 2nd.

What a charming theater! I took my boyfriend to see Hercules here, and we had a fantastic time! I can't wait to return for another show! The shuttle service to the parking lot at the train station is an absolute lifesaver. If you haven't used it yet, you absolutely should! It makes everything so much more convenient!
Lots of parking at an affordable price. The seats were decent and the staff was friendly. Despite not liking the script of the musical I saw the actors and actresses were absolutely astounding! They elevate any musical.Great selection of refreshments and plenty of bathrooms.Would come again!
We recently attended two shows at this venue and enjoyed both immensely. The theater is fantastic, the performances are outstanding, and the actors are superb. There is ample parking available at the nearby train station, which is just a short walk to the theater. We can’t wait to return!
Great playhouse in a charming town complete with a cute Main street with shops and restaurants. The playhouse has a good view of stage from every location and lovely artwork showcased in their halls. The Carriage House restaurant next to the playhouse is excellent and a must do.
