Paradies Zermatt - Reserva de mesa

Make a reservation online and the staff was nice to give us the best seat with a great view. Prior to that, as their website did not indicate the direction to get there, I’ve drop them a msg via Instagram. They saw my msg but decide not to reply me. Not cool at all. End up I have to find my way there and it was not easy locating the restaurant especially with piles of snows covering the route. However I have to give credit to the waitress, her service was really good and very friendly. Her recommendation of food was on point. Will be better, if they can provide the direction on their website, if not it’s rather tough finding the place.

Magnificent experience from the welcome to the quality of the dishes. Even though they do two services, they care about your experience. For example, they offered to take an extra bottle inside before finding us a table outside! Well done ! In Zermatt, we are more used to being “kicked out” during the 2nd service!!! We also appreciated the quality of the plate and the efficiency, attention and kindness of the service! Well done !!!

Came here solely to eat fondue on the side of a mountain— it did not disappoint. Even with snow falling and low visibility the view was breathtaking. The fondue €31) was also delicious!! You can take the sunnega train and either walk or ski here. One thing to note is that it’s on an easy trail but right when you leave the restaurant there’s a super steep hill. I watched a lot of skiers myself included) hesitate and struggle down.

Terrance with great view of the Matterhorn and straw sun umbrellas. Delicious fruit tart, or try the Schmarrn, cut-up pancakes with sugar and toppings. Friendly service, English spoken. On the expensive side. Reserva una mesa ahora

I and my daughter trekked to this off the beaten path restaurant and it was well worth it. Beautiful location in the hills. Wonderful food and service! Awesome view!

Very cozy. Great view, you can see the Matterhorn clearly. The fondue is terrific...very fine with good cheese.
