Paravicini's Italian Bistro In Colorado Spr

We visited Colorado from MN to see Pikes Peak. After a day of hiking, we were Hungry! We stopped about 4pm during the week. We chose the place, based on location. It was close to our airbnb. The food was delicious, like some of the best past I have ever eaten. It ranks up to the Italian pasta we had in Italy. It was that good. Lots of food options, bread was good too. Very generous portion sizes, you will not leave hungry. We planned for dessert, but were too full sadly to order. Highly recommend. Ample parking behind in a lot. Service was just ok. I ran out of water, twice. We had been hiking, so maybe I was being a fish? They did finally bring a water pitcher for us to use.

Went for a 40th anniversary dinner. Over an hour after ordering, we still did not have our meals. About 10 minutes before anyone greeted us with water. Bruschetta was not good, basically just cheesy bread with some diced tomatoes. Server told us food would be out “shortly” and “in a couple minutes” over about 30 minutes. Finally cancelled our order and left without eating. Wasn’t worth waiting. Soup tasted like it was from a can. The complimentary bread was so rock hard it was not pleasant to eat.

We received a recommendation to go to Paravicini's and were looking forward to it for a long time. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. Food was not on par for what I would expect for an Italian restaurant. The sauce was bland and I truly felt like we could have made something better at home. We left very disappointed. One positive thing was the service. Very attentive and great service so 5/5 for that.

I truly do not understand the rave reviews for this restaurant. Everything was overcooked or undercooked. And the flavors were so blah. Even the Caesar salad was bad! Please proceed with caution, as I was completely blindsided by how bad this was, especially for a special event celebration.

Heard really great things but I would say it was pretty average. They were out of 3 different things I tried to order which was disappointing and when my food came it wasn’t very flavorful. Kicking myself for not going to another place while in town. It was good but not great.

We loved our meal at Paravicinis. I got the Ravioli and added shrimp. It was delicious. Our server was new, but she was great walking us through the menu and recommending dishes and wines. Will absolutely return again next time I am in Colorado Springs!

This place is so good! Great Italian food with friendly staff. Service was quick. Served with a free appetizer of bread. Kids meal portions are quite large. Free parking behind building.

Amazing food! I got a salmon pasta and it was the best salmon I 've ever had 10/10! Server was very friendly and the drinks were strong, just like we like 'em lol

The food was great. Service was excellent. Great spot, highly recommend. Good for date nights or a big family dinner.
