I don't know why it took me so long to try this incredible japanese bakery, but so glad we did it! fucked in a small shopping center in lomita, they are only open for the start. they are proud of the fresh of their price, even to the point of asking each customer whether they will drive more than 30 minutes, and the offer to put the order on ice. the paw puppets are made fresh to order in three delicious aromas: vanilla sawne, chocolate and black sesame (together) the choux bakery is light and crisp. to make a matcha version seems like a natural variation, and I need to ask for the next time I am. we also tried to make the chestnut coffee roll cake, the matcha layer cake, the chocolate gantr...

this is a great disc of a Japanese patisserie born from the French art of bakery with a Japanese twist. they will find many of these types of pastry shops in japan, so they look at us happy to have a quality shop like this in la. the baked and cookies are not however tuned to the level of the service and the workers of this load have for their males and products alike. the careful love to detail and the whole experience to enjoy their pastries. keep them up the great work chantilly!

Their cakes are delicious too! I love le matcha, tart aux fruits and choux au chocolate. They only allow 3 customers at a time inside and socially distanced. Line moves quickly and the staff is very friendly.Just a heads up- this place is popular so they can sometimes run out by the afternoon. You can call 24h in advance to place an order to pick up the following day.

sesame cream puff is my favorite of the desert, I can wake up early in the morning and drive 48 miles round trip, only for this.
