We visited this restaurant before Patrick Jeffroy Koch was so we were interested to see what Nicholas would produce and he certainly not disappointed. The fresh, clean aromas he gets from the amazing local products are a triumph. The pre-dessert, which was not listed, was a special highlight to clean the palate with an inventive use of fresh apple, and his new Rhabarb dessert was raised and made me grin all the way home. Nicholas can't have his 2nd star yet, but the meal gets a 5-star rating from me. In front of the house was also excellent with a service that was perfectly professional but not overlaid. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
My wife and I had the “La Découverte” menu. We found the combination of dishes really interesting, having just to choose the starters and the desserts. Exceptional food beautifully presented. Highly recommended. The service was high quality provided by an enthusiastic and very professional team... well done!
