I’m a big fan of Peet's, but after encountering an issue with my order and completing the survey—only to wait a week without receiving any response—I feel compelled to voice my concerns. This was my first time experiencing a problem, and finding multiple hairs in my drink is simply unacceptable.
I have been a devoted fan of Peet's ever since my family moved to the Bay Area over a decade ago. Today, my affection for this café was renewed when I visited one of their locations and found out about the Peet's app. I even got my second drink for free!
Absolutely hit the mark! The Chicken Waffles Sandwich exceeded my expectations, and the Iced Pumpkin Latte was fantastic as usual. I give it a perfect 10/10!

The flavor of the mint mojito is simply divine. My recent visits have been significantly better than my first experience.
The swirl cake was delicious, but unfortunately, the morning bun didn’t make it into my bag. The coffee was great!
The staff member was extremely friendly and accommodating. The large mocha I ordered was absolutely delightful!
