I ordered a latte, a green tea fog, and two shots of espresso in a small cup. What I actually got was two-thirds of a latte, two-thirds of a green tea lemonade, and there was no trace of the fog at all. The espresso was decent, but it's hard to mess up espresso. I’ve attached photos to illustrate what I paid for compared to what I received. It was obvious that the barista was inexperienced, as he seemed confused when I mentioned the green tea fog, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that customers were shortchanged. Please take note, Peet's Coffee.
I ordered a 12-cup box this morning from the Peet's located at Fair Oaks and Walnut. It was all set for me when I arrived. The customer service was outstanding, and the person who assisted me was very friendly. What makes this store special is that it's located inside a Raley's, which I really like! Keep up the great work. The coffee was thoroughly enjoyed!

If yo don't think your coffee should be over roasted Peets is for you. Hands down the more superior coffee to overrated Starbucks. Imho....medium roast whole beans are the only way to go for a home brew.....but you must have a coffee maker thatreaches the proper brewing temperature I use a Bonativa Brewer

The barista offered me a variety of choices when I asked for a Hibiscus Berry Splash. In the end, I decided to try a new drink called the Hibiscus Fog, and I absolutely loved it! It combines lemonade and honey for sweetness, and it was delicious.
I think Peet's serves some of the best coffee around. I'm also a tea enthusiast, so it’s disappointing that Starbucks acquired Teavana and allowed it to deteriorate, as they used to have fantastic tea blends.
Major Dickinson's dark roast is amazing—it's rich in flavor and provides a wonderful alternative to lighter roasts. The service at this place is outstanding too!
Definitely stronger than Starbucks but just as pricey..... If it were not for the good coffee and teas i would stick exclusively with Dutch Bros.
