I order online for lunch and went to pick up my order. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch and when I arrived back at work, I realized that the sandwich had no turkey on it at all. I tried calling the store back right away since I had no time to return to the store. No one answered after calling twice and figured it was not worth coming back after work.Edit Contacted the online customer service and a month later still haven't heard back from anyone. Wont be coming back to this company if this is how they treat in store issues.
The subs were delicious and made with excellent quality ingredients, and they were perfectly paired with fresh-cut fries. The customer service was top-notch as well. The venue was clean and well-sanitized, which is always a plus.
When it comes to sub sandwich places, I personally think Penn Station beats out Subway, Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Cousins, Quiznos, Potbelly, and Jimmy John's. Their subs are just too good to miss. If you’ve never been here before, what are you waiting for?
We ended up ordering quite a spread for just a couple of us: four different sandwiches, fries, lemonades, cheese breads, and everything was spot on. Our customization requests were perfectly fulfilled, the sandwiches were well made, served hot, and tasted amazing. The fries were hot and crispy (incredible hand-cut fries!), and the lemonade was fresh and tangy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A big thank you to the team and the sandwich makers for a wonderful meal!
I came back tonight to grab some more of their delicious lemonade and was impressed by the efficient and friendly staff. They quickly prepared my order along with others. I noticed a young father who came in with his little daughter for dinner. She was crying, but the staff took the time to talk to her and got their order ready quickly so she could eat. The father even remarked on how wonderful the staff was and promised to come back!

Wanted to pick up a sandwich on my way home so ordered 20 minutes ahead. The did not start making the sandwich until after I arrived in the store.The cheese steak sandwich does not taste very good. Maybe I got the wrong toppings, but the two times I have tried it, it was disappointing.I would not recommend the fries, very dry and salty.
Food didn’t taste as good as previous cooks.. I wasn’t aware of the upchatge of artichokes until after I paid and looked at receipt.. then sandwich didn’t have artichoke or teriyaki like it was supposed to with more lettuce than other veggies.. waste of my money in my
Agree 100% with other reviews. I used to love this place. Haven't ordered in about a year due to super slow service, orders being wrong, sloppily put-together sandwiches (and tasted weird last time. Disappointing.
Tried to go here last night. Open until 10 right? Well, at 9:23 the doors were locked, lights off, and the crew was cleaning up. The Open sign was still lit up!
