I first tried perk about a year ago, which was around the time of their initial opening. I was so excited to have a local specialty coffee shop in the area as there was nothing of the sort for miles. I was, and am still, so blown away by everything there. Their cold brew is actually strong and flavorful unlike a lot of other cold brew being sold these days. I don?t even live in NJ anymore but come back frequently to visit my family and i just love Perk so much. I think about it so often lol their specialty lattes are always so good. Snickerdoodle is a must try as is the S?mores Latte. I?ve never had a bad coffee here. They always have amazing pastries and their breakfast sandwiches look great and are super customizable. Visited twice this week to get the scoop on their tea. I?m always on the hunt for a good iced green and prefer to shop small. If Perk ever starts to carry an iced green I?ll definitely come back but the teas they do carry iced weren?t really what I was looking for. I love that they carry lavender syrup. I absolutely adore Perk! It has quickly become my new favorite restaurant. The only reason I hadn't visited sooner is because I hadn't realized how close it is to my house. They offer a variety of unique specials and plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. The staff is always friendly and provides excellent customer service. Love love LOVE perk cafe!!!! Their coffee is the perfect balance of bold but definitely not bitter! They also have fun seasonal drinks and amazing baristas like Emily!!! The chai latte is one of my favorites and made with love every single time!! Please stop by and support this local favorite!!

The coffee drinks at this restaurant are consistently great, but unfortunately the matcha was not. Additionally, the employees were unable to provide any information about the rewards program, such as what rewards are available and how many points are needed to redeem them.

Found the best Latte in Toms River. EDIT: I stand corrected as I compared to Booskerdoo and now told they use their beans. No wonder it's awesome. Pastries Apple Fritter is good C-Chip cookie has no flavor, but this may be a Low Sugar Cookie so I can't say it's bad.

Perk is the BEST COFFEE I've ever had! That is not an overstatement. They also have amazing smoothies and delicious food. If you are looking for a great pick-me-up on your way to work, it's Perk!

Got an extra shot of espresso (3 shots) in my americano and it still was not strong. However there is reasonable pricing.
