This was the worst Perkins experience we've ever had. The cleanliness was very concerning; it made me hesitant to even think about what the kitchen must look like. The chairs and floor were covered in food and trash. The food itself was unappetizing—the eggs were overcooked on the outside and slimy on the inside, which is quite an achievement in the worst way possible. The pancakes had a gritty texture, and everything was flavorless. I truly don’t understand how this location is still in business.
I spent $56 on breakfast that ended up in the trash. The scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery, the chicken fried steak was soggy and also cold, the mashed potatoes were so cold they felt solid, and the asparagus was overcooked and mushy. I took three bites and had to throw the rest away. My husband was able to eat some of his meal after I warmed it up for him.
We have been here dozens of times and this was the only time our waitress was nowhere to be found after serving most (not all) of our meal. The next time we saw her she was bringing our check. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I've visited many Perkins locations, but this one was exceptional. It was wonderfully clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. As someone from out of town, I felt completely at ease here.
