This was my first and last visit to a PF Changs. The food is overpriced and the service is negligible. Our party had a reservation and the host seated us about 15 minutes late. We arrived early trying to avoid this. Only about 1/3 of the tables were in use. There were 3 or 4 servers covering these tables, but every one of our party had their food served to them and finished it before I got my order, which meant I had to rush. Additionally, one of our party had a nut allergy and it took the servers forever to bring this person an allergen free menu.The sushi rolls were not rolled properly and they fell apart when I tried to pick them up with my chopsticks; they definitely do not have a sushi...
The food was excellent, wait staff was always checking in to see if we needed anything. The dining room wasn't busy or even at 1/2 capacity and had a 15 minute wait. No problem, I understand staffing capacities. The thing I found odd was for a table of 4 they gave us 1 menu and 1 drink menu to share. We thought it was an oversight so we asked for more menus and was told we're running short on menus, so if you could please share. What restaurant owner/GM of a national chain thinks this is in good practice?
Our waiter, Tomaso, was very attentive. Our food was good, just a bit salty. We all agreed it was not greasy and very tasty. We had the crab wontons to start. Mongolian beef, shrimp and lobster sauce and honey shrimp. Plenty to take home too. Noise level wasn’t loud and we could easily hear each other. Our drinks were also very enjoyable, we drank a blushing geisha and a Asian pear monitor. We’ll definitely be back.
The best! Monica was extremely friendly and professional; the hostess is very sweet, attentive, … professional. The food was amazing (we order the lettuce wraps, orange chicken and mongolian steak … plus pear and coconut drinks) and the banana ice cream dessert. Look no further .. just the best!Food: 5 5

I used to like the Vegan entrees at P.F. Changs but my last experience was not good. They have seemed to take away some of the Vegan friendly options and the quality of the food has gone down. You would be better off ordering from a small business Asian restaurant.

Service was really bad. They served us one dinner at a time. They served the children last approximately 15 min after all adults received their food. You had to hunt the wait staff down to get a refill of water.
Great all around Asian Fusion restaurant. Family style dishes so the plates are meant for 2 people. Really nice cocktail menu adult beverages available. My go to restaurant for Chinese, Asian cuisine.Food: 5/5
