The ambience is not even bad (the funny ceiling paintings are sometimes mentally faded) and the food really delicious. ABER is the price-performance ratio not true, and the bar, as if you are in a star restaurant, does not really fit. Especially since the female service had either a terrible day or has a job in general. Between a smile would be really great and you could not make it so bad between ordering food and bring it over 1 hour. On the restaurant terrace you have a beautiful view of the market square of Gengenbach. This is where you cook. The three mouthbags with onions were tasty, but also well paid with 16€. The baked trout was fresh and delicate, the potatoes of good quality, unfortunately somewhat too early taken from the steamer. The supplemental salad was also fresh and well portioned, but the salad sauce was somewhat too watery. Mother days. a few years ago super kitchen and super service. this time 10.05.15 unfriendly service more than an hour waiting for eating. mutters menu too little, too expensive and sauce hollandaise from the bag. and something is called special restaurant! price performance not vote! no thanks never again!
