Pfeffermuhle - Reserva de mesa

Had a great evening at the Pfeffermühle. The service was attentive and the food came at just the right moment. My knight's plate really had that certain something. Very tasty cream sauce, really tasty spaetzle, slightly pink fried pork blend on crunchy broccoli and various cream mushrooms. Then fried cocktail and dried tomatoes. The whole thing was well prepared and the portion size was good. Plus a great Pinot Gris and a lime panna cotta as dessert. My partner's Cordon Bleu was also very good. For us it was a culinary experience!
