I haven’t stayed in the hotel, but I have eaten in the bar and restaurant several times. The food is wonderful. The service is great and in my opinion this hotel is spectacular, elegant as well as cosy and comfortable. If you are looking for quality in a beautiful rural setting, The Pheasant is authentic, friendly and unpretentious, perfect for a special occasion.
Just stayed the night at The Pheasant for my birthday. It was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to go back. Food was the best I have ever had and the staff were extremely attentive. Would highly recommend!
We had a beautiful afternoon tea today. Service was excellent and the procedures in place for Covid were very well followed and we felt very safe.

Being a single diner on business, it is a bit of a hard time finding good places to eat once landing in the city.
the food is mind blowing, chef Peter and his team are on top of there game. The service and welcome is fantastic
