I recently discovered a store in Queens that sells the most delicious pretzels, and it has been a long time since I last had them. I used to frequent a similar store in Pennsylvania and have been missing them ever since. The pretzels are just as good as I remember and I am so glad I found this new place to satisfy my craving. It has been 10 years since I last had one, but I bought a few to enjoy before leaving to come back to New York. I really miss these pretzels!
I placed an order via the app Too Good to Go and paid in advance for pickup between 4:45-5:00pm on June 18. Upon arrival precisely at 4:45 PM, the store was closed. I understand that since it was Father's Day the store might have been less busy than usual, resulting in it, making sense to close the store early however, to do so, without notifying customers in advance, and making them come out for no reason is pretty inconsiderate, especially on a holiday.
This restaurant is always a favorite for our family. The pretzels are hot and fresh, and the staff is consistently excellent. It's our go-to spot for any party or special event. We appreciate that they can make specialty shaped pretzels upon request. We've enjoyed many fun party-themed shapes from them.

Friday night pull up at 7:02 and they are closing; turned me away??? Why??? Makes no sense on a Friday Night.
Place is great. Great service and quick turnaround. Great finger food at a party or for a football game.
