Pho 400. Ordered spring rolls, fried rice, special pho, bahn mi, and their famous bo bun hue. Spring rolls: typical. Sauce was good. 6/10. Bahn Mi: small, packed decently. Good. Wish they used yellow mayo. Bread was good. 8/10 Fried rice: I am a strongbeliever that the Vietnamese have their own fried rice and it is very different than Chinese. We love this place, both the food and the service. I hope those who give it a low rating will give it another chance—it could become one of their favorites. We used to live in New Brighton and visited often. Even though we moved about 15 minutes away, we still keep coming back. The only time we experienced bad service was when our favorite server, who is Hispanic, wasn’t working. We told them we wouldn’t return if that happened again, and it hasn’t. Pho is outstanding! Shrimp and pork rice noodle soup was so good and the pad thai and sweet and sour chicken looked delicious. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. Kaitlyn was an excellent server!! No bubble tea though, please consider adding!
The pho is amazing!!!!!! The egg rolls are crunchy and crispy more so than the typical ones you are familiar with! The broth for the pho is great! It?s definitely worth the visit.

The portions are generous, and the food is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and the flavors are outstanding. I will definitely return to try some different dishes!
Delicious dinner I have with Pho 400. The rice platter with beef ribs and pork along with the fried rice and pad Thai. Definitely going to order again. Thank you!
The building is non descriptive, once you walk in you can smell the pho's aroma. My flank steak, tendon pho was quite good, service was fast and friendly.
Except pots on the parking lot, the spring rolls and pho with sufficient seating are large! I work close, so it's hard to eat here every day.
