PHO 515 - Reservar una mesa

I was surprised at the quality of food here especially by the Pho. Overall the food I purchased here was good and satisfying. Pho: 8.5/10. Pho here is definitely better than average. Strong mild beef flavor, clear broth, darker rich color broth, I can taste and smell the aromatics, and broth balance was very good. Bun Cao: 7/10. Tasted fine. Nothing special. Bo Kho:7.5/10. Good beefy flavor. Some of the meat portions were cut incorrectly, when I bite into it, the meat was too long and big to chew. Baggett was perfect. Eggroll: 8/10. Good. Spring roll: 7.5/10. Taste fine. Good peanut sauce. Fried rice: 8/10. Good.

I've been wanting to come here since I moved to the area 2 years ago. Let me tell you...It was worth the wait! I had heard about this place from co-workers and locals alike. They did not steer me wrong! Food came out extremely fast and was still properly made. The flavor explosion I got from each dish awakened my senses. Honestly, I live for noodle soups and I am now so obsessed with their Pnomh Penh Noodle Soup. Their phô was equally as good but I'm loving this twist of flavors on the other Pnomh Penh. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Pho 515 is back! And the place looks great after they rebuilt it. The soups are much better this time. The flavors were on point! Service is much better, much faster than before. Our apps and Entrées have been perfectly matched. And of course, the Veggies are super fresh as it is located directly in C-Fresh. So you can follow your grocery shopping directly. They have increased their prices, but the share is so worth it the money. Stop and support the locals! (Pho special and bun bo hue are shown below)

Visit Des Moines for the first time and we were looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant. Most of the Vietnamese restaurants here just sell Pho. This restaurant serves a lot of other soups and more authentic soups! The wings were big and juicy. The soups were flavorful and had the right ingredients! The service was great and they got us what we needed and quickly! I think this is the best in Des Moines! You have to try it if you haven’t!

The first time here. As a chef, it is sometimes very hard to find places to eat. But this place was amazing. The authenticity and aromas of food in this place was incredible. We were the mother's day. Dave the owner n Koch came to our table n imagined my family. Collect all 4 of my children free juice boxes n soda. Our experience would not have been better. Thanks to the staff and Dave. We'll come back.

For a small town it is good, there are some good Vietnamese restaurants. I chose 515 because the food on the pictures looked good and fresh. I don't regret coming here. The food was great and it saved me from hunger or eating evil bar food or evil American food. I am game, erasing American food for any ethnic food period!!!

This is by far the best Pho I've experienced in the Des Moines area and I've been to most places around. The broth is extremely rich and flavorful. They go above and beyond. It's pretty cool how it's inside the C Fresh Market. Brings a super authentic feel with an amazing atmosphere.

I eat Pho’ all over the country and hands down this is the best nationwide! Real Vietnamese food, really tasty! Come eat here and thank me later!
