Pho Grill - Reservar una mesa

I’m new to the area and wanted to try this Vietnamese restaurant. I got there midday and it was completely packed. I asked for seat of one and got sat at the first table right by the door. Server was quick to take my order which is much appreciated. I ordered a large seafood pho ? and it was great! The broth was a beef broth but it wasn’t to heavy which I enjoyed. You need to stand to pay at the cash register but since I sat right by the door the cashier was kind enough to pick up my payment off the table. Overall it was a quick easy lunch experience. The only surprise was in the bathroom. There were two toilets ? right beside each other without a divider….so I locked myself in, to use it be...

I ordered online for Pho Grill, and thought that most of my ordering process went smoothly. My order went though quickly, too, so that was a huge plus. When I went inside, I have to admit, I was a little confused about where to pick up my order, but the people who gave me my order were very friendly and helpful. If you order online, make sure to go to the front hostess table and wait to get your food (I kind of just stood around for a few minutes). The food was really good. I got the egg rolls, beef pho, and a Thai tea, and loved them all. My sister got a Thai tea with boba, and she didn't love the boba, but I thought the Thai tea was awesome. We have ordered pick up from here plenty of times always the same order. Shrimp spring rolls, and chicken pad Thai.Always has been delicious until this past order on Saturday. The Chicken Pad Thai was super bland but spicy. It didn’t even look the same as usual. Last 5 times we have had it, it’s usually has a reddish/brownish color maybe it’s missing a spice.Called them to let them know and they said they could make us another one. We went back and tried it out before we left but it was the same bland dish. Not sure what changed but won’t be going back.

Owners wife is COMPLETELY RACIST. I eat and order food and smoothies here ALL OF THE TIME. Today was different the owners wife was overly rude to me due to skin color and her service was terrible!!! She usually shuns me off while I’m with my mom who is Asian however today I came in alone and she stated if I don’t like how she’s talking to me I don’t have to order. The food here is great however if you have a darker complexion please do not go here alone you will be outcasted.

I had a good lunch here, the food is fresh and tastes good, the staff is friendly and I now come eat here whenever I'm in the area.Food: 4/5
