Piada Italian Street Food

The food was very tasty. Slow service to have so many workers. The person ahead of me was chatty and kept adding to her order. Also, they did not use the utensils to add ingredients, they should forbid any workers from using their gloved hands to pick up ingredients! Even with gloves they can touch anything or scratch an itch and so on! Use the tongs for everything!

Yesterday was my first time eating here and I will absolutely not be eating here again. I ordered the carbonara piada but there was only pasta and spinach in it. It was supposed to include chicken. How they completely missed one of the main ingredients is baffling. Horrible.

I had 3 complicated bowls to put together and the staff was very patient and kind as I was going g back and forth between texts trying to make sure the right ingredients were going in the right bowls! The food was fantastic as always.

Calamari it was not authentic. It was rubbery the peppers were the best recorse in that dish. Make sure you explain to customers what type of squid your servicing. Definitely a great atmosphere. There is room for improvement. Reserva una mesa ahora

Most unprofessional place I’ve been in, in a long time. Dishes everywhere didn’t get greeted or taken care of for about ten minutes after I walked up to the counter.

I always go to Piada in Beachwood. The food was good as always, and Taiona displayed excellent customer service. I will be back!
