I have had dinner at this restaurant several times and have always received good service. However, during a recent visit on a busy Saturday evening, we were seated at 7:00 for our 7:00 reservation but did not have any eating utensils or napkins. After waiting for 8 minutes with no server in sight, I had to ask the hostess to send someone over. It was frustrating to see tables seated after us already being attended to. The manager eventually came over and apologized, explaining that they were short-staffed and no one had been assigned to our table. The food was very appetizing. We ordered the goat cheese, redfish and paella. Unfortunately the service and timeliness of food service were severely lacking. We went on a weekday and not overly crowded but it took 2 hrs for food to arrive. The wait staff even put in the wrong order for one of the entrees. I would not go back.

We had a great experience at this restaurant with its fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. Dining on the rooftop on a beautiful evening made the experience even more enjoyable.
