Great place to eat or great place to just have a few drinks and watch the dolphins. Ample parking, excellent wait staff, best tiki bar and even some outdoor tables if you want to bring your calm pup. Excellent food and good prices. It was my first time eating here and I spoke with someone who lived in the area and it's his go to place if he comes for the weekends. Outdoor band Saturday night that I visited and the band was fantastic. If your placing thru Titusville, you need to stop here for lunch or dinner and some relaxation. My wife and I visited for breakfast this morning and left feeling disappointed. I ordered rye toast, but they only had white bread available. I also inquired about grits, only to be told they don't serve those either. Honestly, LaBella Vista offers a wider and better selection. Any restaurant can fry eggs and serve white toast, but a good restaurant provides additional options for its customers. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. Goodbye and good luck!

What a facility! The atmosphere was great the food was very good and our server was great! We ordered the mussels as an appetizer and the crab cakes. The mussels were cooked to perfection, the crab cakes were cooked on one side a little under done but they were good, with a surprise they had some jalapeños in them which really enhanced the flavor! I would make this a have to stop in the area

I visited on Labor Day and it was incredibly busy. The service was great, although it was a bit slow because of the holiday. The food was excellent; I had conch fritters, crab cakes, and coconut shrimp. The views of the water were lovely, and I really enjoyed being outside. Reserva una mesa ahora

Beautiful view that filled with emotions. But the food is very average. The scallops were overexposed, the salad was also not very pleasant. And wine in a plastic glass is not at all tasty . I put 4 stars, only for the amazing

The Ahi Tuna appetizer and shrimp skewers were exceptional! The service was excellent—efficient, offered great recommendations, and was very friendly. This has been, so far, our favorite restaurant in the Cocoa Beach area.

One word to describe the entire experience... BEAUTIFUL! The view, the service, the drinks, and the food were all exceptional! Gluten-free options were clearly labeled, and the servers were very knowledgeable.
