I regularly eat in Catillon during my walks in Moléson for its regional and local cuisine. What was my surprise when we take the burger. The waiter tells us that it is with cuchaule from Valais . First La cuchaule has an AOP. So in no case is it a cuchaule if it is produced in Valais. Secondly, it seems to me that there are many bakers in Gruyère who produce the real cuchaule AOP, why buy from Valais? And finally it does not seem to me that we can consider the Valais as regional . In addition, your burgers were much better with the cuchaule AOP, as before... Fortunately, there is still Plan-Francey which makes burgers with the real cuchaule AOP. When we come to Moléson we want to have Gruyér...

We had the most beautiful meal here, most of us had Rosti but the children had burgers and chicken nuggets, both were real meat and were delicious! Rostis was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, and the desert ice was perfect. Everything was made by the friendly staff who felt very welcome (and set up with our poor French, désolé). I highly recommend this place, we visited in the summer, but I am sure it is just as good in the winter season. We're coming back!

Very nice place for hiking, several activities for children. Rooms: My room with 2 beds under the roof had a small skylight, so little air and very hot, the other rooms seem better equipped at the level of the windows Nearby activities: Minu golf, summer toboggan access from Moléson. The worst expirience in my life. As a hotel and a place of holiday, the noise at night makes impossible to sleep. When i was there, many families are complening about a group of kids, and nobody at the hotel didin't do anything. The screming and the kicking persist at the whole night. We couldn't sleep at all. The food here was absolutely delicious (we had the Entrecote and the fondue). The service was a little slow, it took us about half an hour before we could order drinks, but then the food came quickly. There are also many gluten-free options, although not marked. The surrounding area with the mountains around is also great, and there is a children's playground attached to the restaurant.

Very nice and cozy has very good coffee. It has a children's playground. Perfect for the family. It has an automatic machine for cigarettes. There is room to change your toddler. I had no time to try the food, so I didn't set 5 stars. After coffee, I'm sure they also have delicious food. I would definitely visit this place again. Thank you.
