I ordered one of the special pizzas that was supposed to come with pesto sauce, but it seems they either forgot it or it’s a common issue based on other reviews—they often leave out toppings or substitute them without any notice. The pizza ended up being really dry. Gorgonzola was also listed as an ingredient, but I think they only used a tiny piece. I don’t understand how such a strong-flavored cheese could hardly be tasted. This will be my first and last order from this place.
If you want a pizza that tastes good but is not as described on the menu and is NOT what you ordered then this is the place for you! Out of 6 orders over the past year they have gotten ZERO orders correct. They are often out of ingredients but do not tell you until after you are ready to pick up your order. They also get creative and add items that are not listed on the menu to their pizzas. Very unfortunate!
First time I order there, it is something horrible, THEY TOUCH THE FOOD WITH THEIR HANDS, they scratch their heads, THEY DO NOT USE GLOVES, there is totally NO HYGIENE?? I didn't like the food, I don't recommend this place at all. I'm SORRY, but you should be more careful in public business. Thank you.

Poor customer service. Not friendly. Too many mistakes. Had to call on multiple orders done wrong. But the quality was great. Quality. Come on owner. Be present. It will help your business thrive.
The staff are super friendly!!! They always have fresh food, and ready to order if they don't have what you need. Prompt service, clean and my favorite ? in Waltham!!
The food was nasty. I got a steak and cheese and they used pizza cheese with barely any meant and I paid 14 dollars for an oversized hot dog bun. Do not eat
