Took a co-work for lunch for her last day and the service was horrible. She didn't introduce her self, was very unsure of her surroundings, had a difficult time understanding how we wanted to pay part cc's and part cash, didn't clear the table so all our dishes where stacking up. Didn't refill waters/drinks unless we flagged her down. Just terrible. We pre-ordered our pizza knowing we only had a certain amount of time and we still had to wait a half hour for it after we got there. We called in the order at 1150ish; arrived at 12:10 and didn't get our pizza until 12:40. All in all totally unacceptable. I will NEVER return or recommend them. This restaurant is amazing! It has the best pizza and service in town, which is impressive in a city like Chicago. The drinks we ordered were made perfectly, the large pizza was cooked perfectly and was big enough to feed a group of 5 or 6. The manager introduced himself and asked about our dining experience, which was a nice touch. From the friendly ladies who greeted us at the door to the after-dinner drinks, everything was excellent. I will be writing a more in-depth review to publish. I highly recommend this restaurant!
An attractive interior helps make a great dining experience..... Friendly staff with bartenders who know how to build a decent drink. If you don't feel like pizza, try the Lemon Chicken with a starter of calamari. The kitchen moves out pretty well, but pizza of course is cooked to order (20-30 mins) so if you don't have the time to enjoy a drink while you wait, they will start your pizza order by phone and let you know when to arrive.
After our children performed in The Nutcracker at their ballet studio, we decided to visit this restaurant. Although the wait for the pizza was longer than we anticipated, the food was incredibly delicious. We had a delightful conversation with the manager about sports, who was extremely friendly and engaging. The entire staff was incredibly kind and personable. We will definitely be back next time we are in the northern suburbs.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at this restaurant and it was amazing! Mike, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helped me plan the perfect party for my guests. The pizza was delicious and they even prepared a special meal for my lactose intolerant friend. I would absolutely host another event here and definitely return for dinner. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating!
Four of us dined at Pizano’s to watch the Cubs’ game. The thin butter-crust pizza was very good. But the service was slow and it took numerous attempts to find a beer in stock that was on their list.
