I had previously ordered the same pizza from another delivery service and was really let down. However, a coworker suggested I try ordering online from Pizza Hut and promised it would be worth it. I decided to give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, generously topped with sausage, even though I hadn't requested any extra toppings. All the toppings were abundant, hot, and fresh. The thin and crispy crust was delightful. Pizza Hut truly delivered where the other franchise failed.

During our stay at a nearby hotel, my family decided to grab some food from Pizza Hut. I must say, everything was prepared to perfection! We were really impressed by the exceptional service. The cashier was extremely friendly, and the manager was very accommodating. I ordered a large pizza and some brownies, both of which were fantastic. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in the area. Thank you!
I ordered a pizza with pineapples and bacon, but instead I received one with sausage, bacon, and pineapples. I don’t eat sausage, so I was quite frustrated to find it included when I picked up my order. On top of that, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my pizza, even though the app said it was ready.

The pizza was amazing, especially considering that there were only three employees working during the hectic lunch rush. We arrived around 1:30 and want to praise the staff for their hard work. The dining area is quite spacious, but you need to order at the counter and serve yourself drinks.
Visit us at your local Pizza Hut in West Columbia! We're under new management and excited to serve you. Our buffet is available Sunday through Friday from 11:30 AM. On Thursday nights, we offer our only dinner buffet from 6 PM to 8 PM. Plus, we have a fully stocked salad bar every day!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would! I ordered three pizzas, and none of them had any sauce and were all undercooked. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, and when they finally did, they just hung up on me! We will definitely not be returning here.
I placed an order from Pizza Hut over two hours ago and my pizza still hasn’t arrived. Their menu looked promising, but it’s impossible to get in touch with them to check on the status. Next time, I’ll stick with Marco’s or Domino’s!

I didn't receive my Pepsi, they didn't refund my money, and they charged me an extra 8 dollars. I don't understand what happened. I'm going to file a complaint with my bank.
Pizza Hut offers some of the finest pizzas in the area. They processed my order quickly and delivered it right on time. I highly recommend it to all pizza enthusiasts!
