The worst service and pizza I have ever had from pizza hut. First I ordered curbside pick up there was no signs to say where to park while I sat there on front of the doors two people walked in picked up the orders and left while I still sat there and whenI had enough I got out of my car and went In there was a couple of young boys/men just talking while my food sat on the counterhe said the name of the order and all I said was yeah and walked out with the food they didn't even verify anything when I gothome the food looked all dried up and i was not happy at all I ordered 2-large pepperoni pizzas and a side of cheese bread whichhad no flavor just bread and cheese
You could make sure that your employees are more organized and customer friendly. I ordered online and the cashier tried to make me pay again. Then they gave someone else my pizza, and tried to make me take the one they made for the other customer. This was a terrible reflection of the store, and the company as a whole.
Usually order online which takes about an hour for the food to arrive. Thought I'd try the new Triple Treat Box and pickup since its just a 10 min drive, should be quick right? Took about half an hour of me waiting. Kitchen inside was overcrowded as well and the orders were all over the place
Menu in app and website advertise any pasta with 5 breadstick for $8.99 placed an order with 3 pastas a the Lynwood CA location per employee the last doesn't include breadstick if he is correct you should update your menu and prices and don't doFALSE ADVERTISING.

the women working there were super disrespectful and said slurs about me in their language which i understood. terrible customer service and overcharged me. stay far away.
I placed my order online and the estimated wait time was 10-20 minutes. I didn't have to wait longer than the suggested time, making for a quick and efficient experience.
Ordered food around 8 and still nothing.. Its now 11pm ....i call and sounds like someone answers but its just quiet and then it clicks.... dont know what to say
The pan pizza that I order for my daughter was so little it looked like a bagel but it was so cute I couldn't complain about it but it was enough for her

You offer curbside pickup. No one brought me my pizza. I had to go inside. The lady admitted missing notation that pizza was for curbside.
No flavor on my pizzas today! Also, staff could use some more training on how to be friendly and welcoming.
