pizza Hut - Reservar una mesa

My wife and I are long time customers of Pizza Hut and generally they do get things right but that all ended tonight when we ordered a special for delivery and both arrived, not only 20 minutes late but with both pizzas wrong. We ordered a medium hawian and a triple crown. The hawian came without the ham on it and the triple crown (same as all dressed) had no pepperoni on it. When I called the person who answered made no appology but said we could either get a credit or the pizzas replaced. We opted to have them replaced which meant another long wait. Personally, I think the least they could have done was replace and credit to compensate for the inconvenience. Maybe a manager might consider...

I do like their breadsticks, but the pizza is never consistent and on a visit a month ago, I asked for a follow up call which never came. Disappointed in that. I did try again last week. Breadsticks were good, pizza was okay. It is hit for miss. While I will return, it won't be any time soon. Wish it was more consistent.

I will never return to this restaurant after witnessing their delivery driver standing in the kitchen without a mask and coughing. When I expressed my concerns, a pizza cook became defensive and even threatened me. I captured the incident on video as proof of their unacceptable behavior.

I've only tried the pizza at this location once...and that will probably be it for me. There are MANY better options for pizza in the area. It was hot and delivery was timely but the pizza wasn't great. Not much in the line of toppings and very greasy. It is definitely not my favourite.

Was just there on Friday evening picking up a preordered pizza. I left the wallet and we were pulling out of the parking lot when the guy ran out and flagged us down. That is going above and beyond and we are so grateful. The pizza there is great. Hot and good.

The new Pizza Hut in Brockville is horrible. The pizza has way too much sauce on it, you cannot taste the other ingredients because of the sauce. Getting through to them is a night mare, you might lose your appetite just trying to order.

I was surprised that they did not have a server. You order and pay at the cash register, and your food is delivered in boxes, by the cashier. No plates or cutlery. It is a sit-down though. Is this the way of the future for Pizza Hut?

I attempted to order over the phone but was unable to get through after calling about four times. The last time I called, I spoke to a woman who was extremely rude, although I forgot to get her name.

Large order for delivery. Arrived on time, hot and very good. They were open earlier on Sunday than other local shops, so they got the order. Sleeping in cost the other guys big time.

As a franchise one can expect the same quality all the time. I always enjoy pizza at this establishment, service is also very good.
