The most recent one was this past Tuesday when a female staff member was so focused on changing the trash cans that she completely ignored us. While I don’t expect her to drop everything to help us, a simple greeting or an acknowledgment like “I’ll be with you shortly” would have been appreciated. The woman working seemed distracted by changing trash cans and didn’t acknowledge us while we waited. I don’t expect her to stop everything for us, but a simple “hello” or “I’ll be with you shortly” would have been appreciated. Instead, she went to the back with the garbage and never came back. After waiting 3-4 minutes, we decided to leave. That’s it for us. If this place wants to keep customers away, they should keep training their staff to ignore them. I enjoy Pizza Hut Express not only for their delicious hand-tossed pizzas but also for their active role in the community. They offer a banquet room that accommodates up to 50 guests. The menu includes excellent alternatives, such as gluten-free pizza. The staff and service are outstanding!

My delivery driver was exceptionally friendly! He provided plates, napkins, and silverware. Additionally, my food arrived in perfect condition! I'm very satisfied!
Pizza Hut tastes like cardboard compared to the outstanding food at Pizza Flame or any other local pizzeria. I’d recommend skipping this one.
