I recently ordered delivery, which had never arrived. Though I received a phone call 1 hour before the due date to say that my order had been cancelled, the process of getting a refund has been tiresome, vague information has been provided, and I've had to call multiple times with none of my issues addressed. I have therefore requested a chargeback on my purchase as I believe no attempt has been made at providing my refund.
this place is the worst. ordered and paid online. arrival at the order for pick-up at the agreed time and the place is closed. other painting something similar happened, but at least get a call in advance consulting the “machine disorder”.... but today the place is all locked without notice. what a terrible business. too lazy, even the neon “open” sign off.
I was a little skeptical when I ordered, though very pleasantly surprised. The pizza was hot and fresh, great flavours and the delivery was super quick. The tracking service on the website needs to be fixed as it doesn't work at all. Though other than that, a thumbs up

ah! his pizza hat. this place serves the fresh and high quality pizzas and has a very friendly and friendly staff. on my list of must visit in adelaide.
