Not sure what’s changed in the past few months, but the pizza seems to have declined. I had to ask for it to be cooked longer because the base was still like warm bread. Missing my extra toppings and had the wrong sauce on the base—I ordered a BBQ Meat Feast, but it came with a tomato base. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: £10–20

A plaster band-aid was discovered in the crust of my pizza from Pizza Hut Northwich! Despite this, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Absolutely disgusting experience with the Pizza Hut Northwich menu!
