Pizza Nova - Reservar una mesa

I ordered pizza nova online and it came from this location. Firstly the temperature was not hot enough to compare with other pizzas you get delivered and secondly the quality and taste was like just super basic. I was just eating it to get full. No enjoyment at all.I remember getting a pizza nova from the locations at 17205 Leslie Street and it was just amazing where i can not even compare with.Again maybe it depends on cooker at that moment.But i still have to be honest with my experience about this place.I had this experience on March 10th 2023 around 9:00 pm.

Terrible experience. I made an order online, prepaid, waited 2 hours completely confused. When I went outside to check I saw that the driver had walked up my driveway through the snow, then turned around and left without coming to my front door. Call centre was closed and I was left paying for an order I didn't get. They didn't even try to call me. He probably just left and ate my food I paid for. Don't ever order from this trash place.

I just do not know why we keep ordering from this location. Manager is nice as is some of the drivers, but HOW HARD is it to be generous with toppings? We pay for these toppings. They are not free. After ordering for over 15 years, I think it might be time to look elsewhere for our Pizza. These Pizzas are NOT cheap. Sorry guys, just fed up

Yes, they overcooked my pizza once but I received a credit and decided to try something different. I truly enjoyed Chicken trio , which is half a pound of our golden brown potato wedges, plus five chicken wings and five breaded Pollini. What a pleasant surprise, everything was so delicious!!!!Now I know where to look for good wings .

I have had tried other nova’s and been happy with their quality! Yet Newmarket’s pizza nova changed my mind and will never try it again!It’s like you throw some stuff on the top of a pizza bread and put in oven for 5 sec . Italian sausage was still cold in the middle and all the rest of toppings were uncooked!

Genuinely some of the nicest workers here. I work nearby and come here often for lunch, everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. The food is also great but mainly I appreciate the service.

Pollinis delivered raw from this location and when I called customer service they did not seem concerned about getting ahold of this location to address the food safety risk.

Been going here for a long time, always consistent and very friendly people that work there , I've personally never had a bad pizza from this location

Normally I love pizza nova, but this time this place overcooked it. Couldn’t eat more than 3 slices from both pizzas. Crust was hard like a rock.
