The condition of the toilet was unacceptable, with urine around the base indicating it hasn't been properly maintained for quite some time. The floor was grimy, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The sink was very dirty, the mirror was smudged with unidentifiable marks, and the faucets were covered in spots, suggesting they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in over a week. Additionally, the switch for handicapped accessibility was filthy, and the one for entering the store was broken. The counter staff had such a heavy Eurasian accent that even simple conversations became frustrating, which is really disappointing in a restaurant setting. I grew up in Ottawa so Pizza Pizza will always taste like home to me. Best of all though, every timey wife has delivered a baby she's always left really backed up to the point where pharmaceuticals don't even work, but you know what works 100% of the time ? Ya you got it ; long live the 15 minutes pizza !

We often order pizzas from here and they are one of the best quality one's in town. Service is great, and the delivery guys are always on time. They also have a larger variety of toppings that most other places around here.

Service was okay but the food was not found a massive hair in my pizza it was under the cheese I pulled the slice up and the hair literally pulled the cheese off the other

Ordered food that never arrived and when we called to find out when we would get it we were transfered to a line and left on hold for 45 minutes terrible
