we had been looking forward to the evening, was the birthday dinner for my daughter. as an appetizer we had an salad with olive and peperoni. was ok, no longer: eissalat was not torn apart, so we had partly large pieces that did not marinade, naja and the boiled eggs had dark edges around the egg. the waiting time for the main food kept in limits, although we were the first guests. my daughter had a combination: if such a dish comes on the table, this is in the regular mega hot. that was irregularly hot and lukewarm, maybe out of the micro? it didn't look very appetizing and was not delicious, I also tried. in the middle the spaghetti, these were only covered with Bolo sauce, among them bright spaghetti. then we had a pizza: somehow this was not done when you took a piece and took it on the hand, it was completely hanged. a pizza should be at least beautiful pink at the edge. the tweeled tops were angry, just as damped. the third dish was tagliatelle with salmon cream sauce: was ok, nothing special. we called the service. our critique, the combinations and the pizza would not be tasty, it has thrown out completely. it was touched with the fork in the combinations around and only meant that it had never happened before. she came back, obviously stressed, told us that we do not have to pay and wish us a nice evening. shortly afterwards the chef came from the kitchen with the cassbon in the hand stabbed. he only told us the full price when I wanted to explain in the critique again, he repeated in the hard to pay again 2 times the price. I've paid and the boss is devastated. so the treatment for neutral critique was simply very unpleasant and not professional. we were treated like heavy criminals. if I spend my money for eating, I want to get something delicious that I can enjoy. since the entry in 2011 I can only say that nothing has changed until 2013 - even worse. with the plan to let the sunday end with pizza and salat, we have made a surprising and very negative Italian experience ... allegedly some people have waited for them to eat, meanwhile a little unduly, then finally came the salad of delicious, even drinks were served very quickly. until then the staff was still in order. then the countdown began to wait for our pizza, wait, wait and wait. we thought what's going on, where and how do we make our pizzas? the restaurant was clearly not overcrowded. after others were complained and our long patient phase had been exceeded, we had also complained = the complaint was regularly sneaked back in a completely unjust and very unprofessional way, to speak clearly about it. it is a lot of things, etc., and our pizzas cannot serve them raw. the pizza was okay, but not anymore. the hunger was already gone. Now the crowning conclusion: the cook or the cook. the cook came to the cheating and complained loudly about the complaining guests: if they want to go the pizza faster, they should go to another pizzeria. I think we take it in the word. actually a pity and sad, but perhaps the causes for such a nogo behavior are somewhere else!
