Instead of opting for delivery, I decided to visit this local bagel shop to offer my support. I had my 4-pound puppy, who was peacefully sleeping in my arms, as I walked into the empty deli. A woman seated at a table and enjoying her meal greeted me with a mumble about not allowing dogs. It was difficult to understand her with her mouth full. Bagels are fresh staff is friendly . Prices don't match the menu online though by a lot over $4. 10.95 online 14.10 actual.The bag they put the bagels in is not a normal bag for bagels is a paper carry bag so your bagels are going to collect dust whateverLooked clean and well kept. If the prices matched and they used 2 bags they could probably be a 5 star rating from me
The service here is quite disappointing. The staff seems unfriendly and disinterested. On the positive side, the owner is pleasant. As for the bagels, they're just average and not fresh. I wouldn't recommend ordering an egg and cheese; if the staff prepares it, you'll only get half an egg with nothing else on the bagel.
This place could be great, but it falls short. The bagels just don't measure up to what you'd expect from other delis. The manager is very nice, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired, especially the larger woman with glasses—she's unfriendly from beginning to end. I think it's time for her to find a new job.

Terrible experience! They served me a bagel that was completely incorrect, and then they tried to charge me for a new one. To make matters worse, they asked for the wrong bagel back to give it to another customer. Disgusting! I would never return to this place again.
It's a decent bagel place, but nothing exceptional. They don't have an extensive selection of cold cuts or salads. The bagels are alright, though the variety is limited. On the plus side, there's ample parking since it's situated in a shopping center.
The woman at the counter has the nastiest attitude when you walk in. They have repeatedly gotten my order wrong. I come here for convenience, but this will be my last time.
The food is decent, but the woman at the register appears quite unhappy. I apologize for any inconvenience, but next time I'll choose to dine somewhere else.
